About this event - The Companies Act 2006: four years on - how is it working?

The Companies Act 2006 brought in wide ranging changes, fully coming into force on 1 October 2009. Has it achieved its objectives? Is your organisation taking advantage of the changes?  And is it complying with the requirements?  Siobhan McElhinney, head of corporate, and Charlotte Hawkins, associate in the corporate team, will provide practical advice on how to ensure that it is, including how to update your constitutional documents for maximum flexibility, changes in how your organisation can contract and developments in directors’ duties.
