Charles is a partner in the corporate group.

He has extensive experience of domestic and international (including UK/US) mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and venture capital/mid-market private equity transactions. Industry sectors he has in depth experience of include healthcare technology, mobile, advertising, energy, outsourcing and internet consumer.

Charles works closely with the outsourcing team and contributes to the Outsourcing chapter for Practical Commercial Precedents, the UK's leading precedent textbook.

Charles has been recommended in Legal 500.

Charles graduated from Cambridge University. He joined Kemp Little after working at a leading US law firm and a leading Australian law firm.
