AboutChristopher joined the firm's employment group in January 2002 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Chris qualified as a barrister in October 1997, joined Freshfields in December 1997 and was admitted as a solicitor in January 2000. Chris advises on the full range of employment law issues. His experience includes conducting litigation, TUPE advice, drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, managing large-scale redundancy programs and drafting contractual and policy documents. Chris also assists with managing relationships with third parties (such as employment agencies), and gives strategic and compliance advice on a variety of issues. Chris speaks and writes regularly on employment law matters. He has also given training on a range of subjects such as equal opportunities, bullying and harassment and employment status |
