About

Claire is experienced in advising on various aspects of employment law including contract and policy drafting, tribunal claims, discrimination issues and TUPE.

Claire has worked with clients across a range of sectors including technology, advertising, aviation, finance, insurance, utilities, retail, healthcare, hospitality and property.

Claire graduated with a degree in History from Exeter University in 2000, and studied for both the Post-Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Claire qualified as a solicitor with White & Case in March 2005 and moved to Kemp Little in June 2007. During her time at White & Case, Claire was seconded to the White & Case Hong Kong offices, and Citigroup.
