About

Ed specialises in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with an IT focus and advises on technology related commercial and regulatory issues.

He has previously been seconded to the commercial legal team at Abbey National Plc (now Santander) and to Chi-x and so understands the requirements placed on client legal teams.

Ed has co-authored articles published in Computer Law and Security Review amongst others.

Ed graduated with an LLB from the University of Southampton in 2005 followed by a graduating with an LLM in Commercial Law, also from Southampton, in 2006.

He trained with Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. He joined the practice in April 2010.
