About

Gayatri joined the firm’s corporate group in June 2008 from Linklaters, where she trained and joined the corporate team in 2007.

Prior to joining the firm, Gayatri spent six months in the Linklaters Hong Kong office, undertaking a range of corporate work, with an emphasis on private M&A and private equity under PRC law.

Gayatri advises UK and global companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and raising finance at all stages.
