About

Jessica advises on all aspects of the exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property and related rights, particularly to the media, advertising and publishing sectors.

She also advises clients on technology and contractual disputes.

Jessica also advises on the IP aspects of corporate transactions and the licensing of IP rights.

Jessica joined Kemp Little in July 2008, having worked for Osborne Clarke since 2004. Jessica qualified in 2006 and has an honours degree in Modern History from St. Anne’s College, Oxford (2000).

Prior to her legal career, Jessica worked as a PR account executive for two years, specialising in technology and digital media.
