Lucy specialises in M&A and financing for technology companies and their investors.

Lucy has a particular interest in advising global corporates on their UK acquisition and divestiture activity.  She also advises AIM and venture backed technology companies on all aspects of corporate activity throughout their lifecycle and represents the owners of privately held and venture backed companies in the implementation of their exit strategies.

Lucy and the corporate team are listed in Chambers for their expertise in the technology sector.

Lucy joined Kemp Little from Frere Cholmeley Bischoff in 1998 to set up the corporate practice and was Head of Corporate until June 2009 when she became the firm’s Managing Partner.
