About

Nicola graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 2000, and took the Legal Practice Course at the University of Northumbria. Nicola qualified as a solicitor with Fladgate Fielder in March 2006 and moved to Kemp Little in March 2008.

Nicola advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including service agreements and policy drafting, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims and TUPE.

Nicola has worked with a wide range of clients from small owner managed companies to plcs, based in the UK and overseas.

Nicola is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
