Paul advises on all aspects of the protection and exploitation of intellectual property and related rights.

He has acted in substantial intellectual property proceedings including UK and cross-border patent, trade mark and copyright litigation and mediation. Paul also acts in the international arbitration of IP and technology disputes.

Paul is listed as a Leading Individual for Intellectual Property in PLC, Chambers UK, Chambers Global and Legal 500.

Paul became Kemp Little's Executive Partner in 2011. He joined the firm as a partner in 2007, having worked at White & Case since 2000. He qualified in 1997 after training at Eversheds and has a degree in Law from Manchester University (1993). Paul has a Diploma in Intellectual Property from Bristol University (1998).
