- Advising a joint venture Exchange Traded Fund provider, owned by a consortium of merchant banks in relation to all agreements necessary for start-up
- Advising the UK Inter-Dealer Broker community in relation to collection, aggregation and dissemination of financial data
- Advising a leading Multi-Lateral Trading Facility in relation to all of its commercial contractual arrangements
- Advising a leading Exchange in relation to a deal for the running of a Scandanavian Exchange platform on an ASP basis
- In-house counsel, London Stock Exchange plc (2002 – 2005) – work included advising on market data distribution, comms network roll-out, data product launches, trading platform software development and roll-out

About
Paul is a commercial lawyer with a broad range of experience in drafting all kinds of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on IT and intellectual property related matters.
Paul joined Kemp Little LLP as a partner in the Commercial Technology practice in December 2009.
Paul has worked both in private practice and in-house and advises companies of all sizes (from large multi-national to start-up) in a wide variety of sectors. For example, Paul has worked in-house or on secondment for: London Stock Exchange plc, a leading merchant bank; the BBC and Santander.
Paul trained at Field Fisher Waterhouse and has worked at Baker & McKenzie and Barlow, Lyde & Gilbert LLP.
