About

Siobhan heads up Kemp Little's Corporate group. Siobhan acts for a wide variety of businesses including large acquisitive corporates, owner managed businesses and investors in technology rich companies.

Siobhan gained her LLB from the University of Birmingham, trained at Frere Cholmeley Bischoff, joined Kemp & Co from Olswang and became a partner in September 2001.

Siobhan was listed in Legal 500 in their M&A section: "Siobhan McElhinney is quick, responsive and intelligent”. She is also recognised in their Venture Capital section.
