About

Virginia graduated with a degree in Law and Sociology from Warwick University in 2002 and studied for the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Virginia worked at Baker & McKenzie LLP for five and a half years, qualifying as a solicitor in March 2006, before moving to Kemp Little in September 2009. During her time with Baker & McKenzie, Virginia was seconded to the Baker & McKenzie office in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and completed a client secondment at Deutsche Bank.

Virginia is experienced in advising on various aspects of employment law including contract and policy drafting, tribunal claims, discrimination issues and TUPE.

Virginia has worked with clients across a range of sectors including technology, finance, media, market research and pharmaceuticals.

Virginia is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
