In our 7th annual session on data protection law, Calum Murray, our data protection lead, and Chris Middleton and Susannah Sheppard, leaders of our employment and competition/regulatory practices, provided a detailed update on recent data protection developments over the last year, including data losses, international data transfers, market practice in corporate data protection policies, the ICO’s increasing powers and recent case law.
