Privacy and Freedom of Information continue to rise up the corporate agenda. The last 12 months have seen significant developments in this area. We are delighted to welcome Nick Tyler, the OIC’s Legal Director to share his thoughts about policy developments in 2006 and what is on the agenda for 2007. Calum Murray will also be going through developments in case law and practice. To make the most of Mr Tyler’s participation, we will be replacing the case study with a longer Q&A session.
