Employment Aspects of Outsourcing

At this legal meets practical session we built on participants’ knowledge and understanding of TUPE, looking specifically at the outsourcing context. It aimed to provide an overview of the essential employment considerations for those involved in outsourcing. We reviewed the stages of an outsourcing, current trends and practical suggestions, enabling parties to consider all the options and to manage risk.
The session included a case study which provided an opportunity to consolidate knowledge and share experiences.
