KEMP LITTLE llp advises refresh mobile on first round funding and ITV mobizine™ deal

Kemp Little LLP, the specialist City law firm, advised Refresh Mobile, the leading push based mobile technolgy provider, on its first round of funding and launch Mobizines™ deal with ITV.
The Refresh Mobile Mobizines™ service is a state-of-the-art content push service that allows enabled mobile phone users to browse rich content at their leisure and convenience as many times as they wish, even when outside network coverage. The ITV Mobile Mobizines™ will update users on a twice daily basis with the latest news, weather and entertainment features, and provide a daily TV guide with a "wow!" factor user experience.
Kemp Little Corporate Group partner Chalres Claisse advised Refresh and its management team on their first round of funding. Commercial Technology Group partner David Meredith and associate Jim Leason advised on the ITV deal, which was announced on 7 September 2005.
