Kemp Little acts for Timestrip Limited on Reverse Takeover and Admission to aIM

Kemp Little LLP, the specialist City law firm, advised Timestrip Limited, the label technology venture, on its reverse takeover of cash shell Internet Music & Media, and its subsequent placing and re-admission to AIM.

Partners in the corporate group at Kemp Little LLP advised Timestrip and its founder directors. The acquisition completed on 25th February 2005 and Timestrip Plc was re-admitted to AIM on 28th February.

"The product is basically an inexpensive clock" explained Paul Freedman, joint managing director. "We have launched a commercial product in the food service sector in the UK and this transaction gives us the opportunity to expand rapidly through licensing out the manufacturing and distribution in key markets.
