KEMP LITTLE ACTS for danmon systems group on its acquisition of atg broadcast limited

Kemp Little LLP, the leading UK technology law firm, advised Danmon Systems Group A/S, part of the Dan Technologies Group, on its recent acquisition of ATG Broadcast Limited, provider of multi-service solutions for radio and television systems.

Danmon Systems Group A/S and ATG Broadcast Limited are independent systems suppliers with experience in both large and small projects, including computer-based media management solutions. The acquisition will consolidate two aligned companies within the Dan Technologies Group, which has a turnover of DKK 350 million across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the UK.

"For several years, we have been on the lookout for a partner," said Henning Brønnum of Danmon Systems Group. "Now we have successfully closed the deal to acquire ATG Broadcast Limited. We have followed ATG for many years, and it matches our strategy and goals.
