KEMP LITTLE ACTS FOR GLEMSTONE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED ON ACQUISITION OF TARIFF WATCH LIMITED

Kemp Little, the UK’s leading technology law firm, advised Glemstone Telecommunications Limited, an independent telecommunications service provider, on its recent acquisition of Tariff Watch Limited (trading as TWL Europe), a telecommunications consultancy provider, offering a broad range of products and services to businesses across the UK and Europe.

Partner Lucy Vernall and assistant Anne Dolan in the corporate group at Kemp Little LLP advised Glemstone Telecommunications Limited on the deal, which completed on 29 November 2007.
