kemp little advises microsoft limited on nhs common user interface deal

Kemp Little LLP, the leading UK technology law firm, advised Microsoft Limited, UK subsidiary of the worldwide leader in software, services and solutions that help people and businesses realise their full potential, on its landmark common user interface deal for the NHS in England.

Working alongside the Microsoft legal and commercial teams and reporting to Microsoft Limited Senior Attorney Gillian Austin, Kemp Little LLP Commercial Technology Group partner David Meredith advised Microsoft Limited on the deal from Memorandum of Understanding in June 2004, to phase one contract signature, in December 2005.
