KEMP LITTLE ACTS for pi capital on million-2-1 investment

Kemp Little advised Pi Capital on its recent £3 million investment in Million-2-1 Limited, a mobile and online entertainment operator. Million-2-1 has developed a unique online reverse auction game called "How Lo?" where the lowest unduplicated bid at the close of the auction wins; the largest "How Lo?" game to date saw over 450,000 bids with the winner receiving a brand new Ferrari F430 (or £100,000 cast) for just £123.82. Million-2-1 is looking to use the capital investment to develop its portfolio of products, including relaunching the Manchester lottery later this year, and to expand internationally.
