Siobhan McElhinney and Sarah Seddon of Kemp Little LLP, the specialist City law firm, advised Pi Capital, an independent private equity house, on its recent investment in Lombok, a profitable UK retailer of eastern inspired affordable furniture, lighting and accessories.

Pi Capital led the £3.5m round of expansion financing supported by investment from Lombok's management and debt facilities from Barclays Bank.
