SPEAKER PROFILES

David Williams is a partner in the employment group and has specialised in employment and industrial relations law since 1997. David advises on all aspects of employment law including disability and capability issues, incentive arrangements, restrictive covenants, changes to terms and conditions and executive terminations, as well as restructurings and reorganisations.

Sarah Porter heads Kemp Little's employment group and advises on all aspects of employment law with a particular interest in discrimination law, data protection, protection of business information and intellectual property, and defending claims. Sarah is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate and an ADR Group Accredited Mediator.

Christopher Middleton is a solicitor in the employment group. Chris advises on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. His experience includes Tribunal litigation and advising on the employment issues arising on outsourcings and mergers and acquisitions.

Kal Murthy is a solicitor in the employment group. Kal advises employers and senior executives on a comprehensive range of employment issues. Her experience includes drafting and advising on employment contracts, staff handbooks and severance agreements; conducting employment tribunal litigation and advocacy; and advising on all aspects of business immigration.


Saddlers Hall in the City of London is a short walk from St Paul's and Bank Underground stations (Central Line) and otherwise easily accessible by taxi from mainline stations.
