SPEAKER PROFILES

Christopher Middleton is a partner in the employment group. Chris advises on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. His experience includes Tribunal litigation and advising on the employment issues arising on outsourcings and mergers and acquisitions.

David Williams is a partner and head of the employment group. He has specialised in employment and industrial relations law since 1997. David advises on all aspects of employment law including disability and capability issues, incentive arrangements, restrictive covenants, changes to terms and conditions and executive terminations, as well as restructurings and reorganisations.

Emily Platt is an assistant in the employment group. Emily is experienced in advising on various aspects of employment law including contract and policy drafting, changes to terms and conditions, discrimination and TUPE.
