Outsourcing remains a key strategy for businesses seeking to reduce costs and improve services, and has come to be considered a mature management tool. However, outsourcing projects continue to have a disappointingly high failure rate, and many projects, in both the public and private sector, experience significant problems, often from the outset.
In this seminar our expert speakers will look at some of the key causes of project failures and how companies can use the contracting process to optimise the chances of success and limit the impact of failures. There will be an additional session on the imminent key changes to the TUPE Regulations.
