We are currently seeking a Commercial Technology Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate:

  • Around 2-5 years’ solid experience;  
  • Experience of handling complex TMT matters, including, but not limited to outsourcings, gained within a highly ranked practice and at an appropriate level;

We are currently seeking an NQ to assist our Corporate team. We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate:

  • A strong academic profile;
  • Experience of corporate transactions particularly of mergers and acquisitions gained within highly ranked practice and at an appropriate level;

IP & Technology Disputes Associate

We are currently seeking to a mid-level Associate (preferably 2-5 years PQE) into the IP & Technology Disputes team. The role offers good variety by nature of the work the team does, as well as opportunities to get involved in firm wide initiatives. Principle work areas include:

  • IT disputes, including IT procurement and outsourcing disputes and renegotiation of distressed technology projects
  • Other contractual disputes, including breach assessment and damages claims 

Candidates will need to have solid experience with a commercial law firm, with a preference for those from highly regarded IP & IT disputes practices. They should have a real interest in developing their industry and legal knowledge as well as relevant sector experience in the technology, digital media and telecoms businesses, in particular.

Preferably with knowledge and experience of considering intellectual property issues relating to technology in its multiple forms.
