Kemp Little LLP, the leading technology and digital media law firm, is delighted to be ranked again as a Tier One firm for M&A advice by the Legal 500 legal directory published on 1st October 2014. The Kemp Little Corporate team, headed up by Charles Claisse, has been ranked in the top echelon again for deals valued up to £50million.
The team is also recommended again for venture capital work.
Legal 500 states that the team is recognised for its “good M&A capabilities” and that “clients include FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 companies”. It points out that Charles Claisse, Andy Moseby and Glafkos Tombolis (partners in the corporate practice) are “names to note”.
Charles commented: “I’m delighted that we’ve been ranked in the top tier again for M&A work. Although 2013 was a challenging year for many corporate departments, we worked on some great deals and with some very interesting and highly successful organisations in, amongst others, the digital advertising, IT services, healthcare, hospitality and financial services sectors. Our corporate practice grows from strength to strength as we continue to act for market leaders and market changers”.
Kemp Little also received glowing praise for its advice in the areas of commercial contracts; employment; IP; IT and telecoms; media and entertainment; and travel. In total, the firm received eight recommendations.
