Join us for a seminar looking at the key implications for financial institutions and outsourced service providers.
The European Banking Authority’s new guidelines on outsourcing will come into force on 30th September 2019, and will replace the Committee of European Banks Supervisors’ 2006 guidelines and the EBA’s 2018 recommendations on outsourcing to cloud service providers.
The guidelines will apply to UK banks, building societies and, for the first time, payment institutions and e-money institutions.
Join us at this breakfast seminar where Paul O’Hare, Kemp Little’s Head of Sourcing, Jacob Ghanty, Head of Financial Services Regulation, and other experts from Kemp Little’s sourcing and financial regulation teams will look at the key implications of these guidelines for finance institutions’ sourcing and cloud contracts, including the impact on approach to governance, the establishment of an effective risk management framework and the requirements for a compliant outsourcing policy.
