Kemp Little expands IP & tech disputes team with new partner hire
Kemp Little LLP, the leading technology and digital media law firm, is pleased to announce that Joanna Conway has joined as a partner in the firm’s IP & tech disputes team.
Joanna specialises in IP and contractual disputes with an IP, technology or scientific focus. Joanna has a scientific background and a particular expertise in brand and reputation management, combining brand/IP enforcement with defamation, advertising, privacy and related matters, including in relation to online advertising and content issues. She acts for clients in a range of sectors, with a focus on financial services and brand or technology rich clients.
Joanna is also known for her work for IP Inclusive, a pan-professional body aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion. Joanna co-leads the “Women in IP” support community, arranging events and initiatives for the community of 700 IP professionals.
