Strike the right balance in job ads to avoid indirect discrimination | Recruiter
Recruiters have been urged to strike a balance in job adverts in order to not fall foul of age discrimination rules. The warning follows guidance from the Advertising Standards Authority released last week to mark International Day of Older Persons.
