Andy Moseby, corporate partner at Kemp Little, was re-elected to the Executive Committee of the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) on 18 November 2014. Andy has been the sole legal services provider elected to the committee since his initial election in 2012.
Andy advises UK and multi-national digital businesses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including corporate restructurings and strategic alliances. He works with both capital providers in respect of their investment portfolios and with entrepreneurial companies on all stages of the funding cycle (including seed capital, development funding and exits). Andy currently leads Kemp Little’s focus on digital media, having extensive experience advising on exits for digital agencies and acting for interactive entertainment and gaming companies.
Retiring by rotation, as required by BIMA’s constitution, Andy stood for re-election at BIMA’s recent AGM and was voted back onto the Executive Committee by BIMA’s members. “The quality of the candidates this year was incredibly high,” said Andy “so it feels like a real achievement to have been re-elected. It is a real honour for me to be able to continue working on the Executive Committee alongside representatives from some of the industry’s most forward-thinking and creative businesses, such as AKQA, Seven, Cact.us, Karmarama and OgilvyOne. It is great to be involved in an organisation that is dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of the digital media sector in the UK and helping shape the landscape for the next generation, through its inspiring nationwide Digital Day program.”
“I am involved in a number of ongoing projects across BIMA, advising on its corporate governance, its data collection and security, and helping to set the strategy of thought-leadership. It is great to be able to continue these projects and help drive BIMA into 2015 and beyond.”
Andy’s re-election will further strengthen the relationship between Kemp Little and the BIMA team, who were housed at Kemp Little’s offices throughout 2014.
