Kemp Little advises Thomson Reuters on its acquisition of leading collaboration platform HighQ
Kemp Little has advised Thomson Reuters, the multinational media firm and a preeminent provider of business information services, on its strategic acquisition of HighQ.
HighQ is a leading collaboration platform for the legal and regulatory market. It offers a secure cloud-based platform for business collaboration, workflow automation and client engagement and serves more than 400 customers, including more than half of the Global 100 largest law firms. The acquisition will expand on Thomson Reuters’ strategic objective to provide more cloud-based software offerings and address a growing market need for legal professionals.
The Kemp Little team was led by corporate partner Andy Moseby with support from corporate associate Rebecca Denton.
