Kemp Little advises Apse Capital on purchase of majority stake in Ultima Business Solutions
Kemp Little has advised private equity house Apse Capital in a deal with intelligent transformation provider Ultima Business Solutions. Founder of Ultima Max McNeill becomes a significant minority shareholder in a deal which the businesses expect to spark further investment.
Ultima is an award-winning intelligent transformation partner, which utilises new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency through technology fulfilment services, technical professional services and modern managed services propositions. Private equity group Apse Capital specialises in buyout and development capital investment opportunities, partnering with high quality management teams to grow businesses, either organically or through acquisition.
The Kemp Little team was led by corporate partner Charles Claisse with support from Adam Kuan, John Alder and Hannah Cordwell.
