  1. Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) has issued an Introduction to 5G technologies and their risks in terms of privacy (link).
  2. The Spanish AEPD has issued a number of administrative fines (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
  3. Norwegian National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence (link).
  4. Joint Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and Alan Turing Institute’s guidance Explaining decisions made with AI (link).

  6. The Belgian Data Protection Authority fines a company in relation to “invite a friend” feature (link).
  7. €5,000 awarded to an employee for infringement of the right to access by a court in Düsseldorf, Germany (link).

  11. Google faces a $5bn lawsuit in California for tracking in Chrome incognito mode (link).
  12. Three recent data protection fines imposed by the Finish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman has (link).
